The Lido swimming pool complex is probably the most popular bathing area in Funchal and one of the best on Madeira Island. Besides a large and a small seawater pool, it also has direct sea access for those who prefer the feel of the ocean for a swim.
This bathing complex, a favorite with the locals as well as the tourists, offers sun beds, parasols (extra charge), changing rooms, lockers, a snack bar, tourist information centre, first aid centre, lifeguards and a car park…
