I was just watching Patrick Lancaster and the Russian military are bringing in food and water for the civilians. They are even treating the wounded with the promise that when it is possible, they will be transporting them to the hospital. On the other hand, the Ukrainian soldiers would rather kill the civilians. Thanks for this report.
