葡萄牙气候宜人,物价低廉,人民也淳朴热情。在这里生活让人的幸福感加成。在葡萄牙工作了一年之后,我们决定在葡萄牙的旅游胜地买一套房子。一是用于居住,节约租房的费用。二是投资,在旅游村欣欣向荣的时期,买房增资无疑是最好的投资方式之一。虽然买这套房不是为了买房移民,但是房子能够提供长期居住地址证明。这对以后申请永久居留也是有帮助的。但是,与国内一样,在国外买房也导出隐藏着风险和坑。在这个视频里我来分享一下自己买房被坑50万人民币的经历。
在葡萄牙可以买现房和期房。现房基本都是二手房。在市场上很少有新建好出售的新房。而葡萄牙又是一个历史悠久的资本主义国家。二手房源大部分都不能满足年轻人的要求。不是装修太老旧就是房屋质量太差。在老城区价格也会贵得离谱。所以很多想买新房的朋友都会选择期房。
由于我们当时刚到葡萄牙不久,对当地的语言,习惯以及法律都没有足够多的了解。当时找期房的时候没有咨询自己的律师,在很多条件都没有谈妥就匆匆付了定金。后来才知道自己签了一个对自己完全不利的合同。付了完全超越应付金额的定金。并且自己对工期的预期完全不对。可以说开发商连哄带骗把我们带入了一个大坑。现在更是陷入了一场撕逼的拉锯战。希望我的视频能给今后要买房的朋友一些警示!
