Why are they comparing Nigeria 🇳🇬 capital town to Ghana 🇬🇭 town,I don't really love these video,why are ghanaian disrespecting Nigeria like that.

Real estate prioritizes location, and as such I would go with Accra!

The entire Ghana is the size of just one state in Nigeria which is Lagos and it's impossible to compare Ghanaian real estate to the Nigerian, do get a Nigerian real estate to do a proper and explicit show off of our properties, the wealthiest man in Africa is Nigerian and is the wealthiest woman in Africa, dude just did one estate in Abuja and Abuja is the capital city of Nigeria and this dude's yanning dust, meaning he's vibing dust, Nigerians own most of those posh properties in Ghana, do your findings.

The accra property is expensive for what it offers.Haven't said that if the Abuja property was in maitama or Asokoro in Abuja,which is the equivalent of cantonment in Accra it would be more than one million dollars.Abuja is the richest capital city in Africa,any investment there would always yield greater returns than Accra,area for area. I agree with the smart house thing,Africans don't realise the danger and disadvantages of these smart features yet.This is going to be the new crime,virtual burglars,hackers etc.

We use generators to supplement power and can go off at any time

About electricity, no it doesn’t go out at a specific time everyday. And it can last from a minute to an hour or so. But estate like this one probably have back up for occasion like that.

The power can be gone for DAYS! Most people have generators

The only thing making this houses so expensive is the location just the way houses in Lekki Lagos are mid but because it’s in a bougie location it’s expensive. And for electricity you can’t really predict when and when the light goes off but houses have personal generators and you can turn them on whenever you like

Take that 1 million and come to Joburg and buy 3 cluster homes better than what's on offer here for 1; with much better finishes and amenities. West Africans are joking.

Cantonments is the best environment you will ever get in Africa.. close to the beach 🏖️, close to the airport, close to the embassy. All the big festivals happen around there. The best hospitals are around cantonments.$1 million dollars is a small amount for all that goodies.. you can alter interior but you can’t alter the location of your building. In two years times the price could triple or more. Invest while buying. Buy safety. Buy your future.

Accra is safer and I will choose safety for my family than any other thing!

The Abuja house is off grid… away from town. .. Cantonments is in the same neighborhood as the American Embassy 🇺🇸.. for that price, I think I will go for the Accra house.. in 3 years, could be selling at $2.5 million

Speaking of the power, it's supply differs depending on the location,it goes off randomly, but estate's like this, their power don't blink.
The Abuja estates appreciates by the hour and that estate is not in the top 5 in Abuja. The Abuja estate is cool.

Hey guys so with power it’s the same in both Ghana and Nigeria. Light can go out anytime or the day and it can go out for as short as 5 minutes to as long as hours! However many people have generators and you fuel it with fuel so many are able to still have light despite the light going out. This is at an extra cost but very common across Nigeria and Ghana. 😊

Abuja is the capital where all the top G is even the top G in Ghana want house in Abuja 😆😆

Ghana is like a village to Abuja, u can not use where the vip leave in Ghana to compare where average citizens leaves in Nigeria because they are of thesame price, he should use where vip leaves for both cities and not the other way round. My humble submissions

Being a person in the construction industry in Ghana the major cost of that Accra property is the location and not so the cost of construction and generally Ghana is more expensive than Nigeria.

Wish the Abuja 🇳🇬 home was in Accra 🇬🇭

Those homes shown in Abuja ain't that magnificent, They are far better houses and not just in Abuja but in some major cities of Nigeria like portharcourt, Lagos and ofcourse Abuja.
