What an amazing farm🏡🏡.
Luis. Would it be possible/ permitted to extend the living area out to the porch with walls and windows?
I also saw a video recently where an English couple were refused an extension to the Visa to live in Portugal. How would somebody be able to buy a property such as this and live permanently ?
Don't know if I missed it in the video but does the property have a habitation licence or would you need to apply for onr
Are the tools and tractor included in the full asking price?
Nice video Luis 👍
Amazing farm. And so well kept! If one were interested in buying .. what would be the process/next steps?
Want to say thank you for taking your time and showing properties like that for people like me to watch since I've been watching your Channel it's making me more more want to move over there especially this property love it I was just wondering can you expand on the both of the houses again thank you very much for taking your time and showing properties like that to people like me

Gr8 video…
i like this music, it reminds me of jimi hendrix.
Great video. Thank you.
Maybe I commented too quickly based only on the size of land and the price of the owner. It is well maintained and clean. Thank you for your time in making these videos. I have another question but I ask you in WhatsApp.
Hi sir Luis. Is it just me or are the prices for farms going unreasonably higher?
The mUsic is too loud and does t make is easy to watch.
great property, a bit too much land and nothing around for the price but still very nice. is the house building registered for habitation? is the other building registered as for agricultural support?
Another fine property tour. Thanks, Luis.
why the move??i cant understand,,,soo nice
I really love this farm. I would properly buy an off grid house away from the farm for living, and keep the house on this farm for harvest time and hot summers to work on the farm. Excellent farm. I wonder where do I need to start to move to Portugal from Bahamas
Thank you Luis. Can you show me a property with a large garden or small farm that can grow vegetables and fruits with a mountain views or green scenery. Thanks
Nice one Luis. Traditional farm home with nice land and reasonable price.
Very nice. Thank you for your awesome video. Wish we were ready to move now. Very well taken care of.
such good videos dude
Amazing Luis Baptista Portugal's Real-estate agent! #1
Luis, I admire the respect you show to farmers who take such good care of their land, and your respectful generosity in describing the house.
Recently I accidentally hit this channel – now your video improves my mood. We have explosions here, rockets fly, dark and cold. I want at least the children to live where they do not shoot, where it is warm and calm.
I look and dream – that everything will be fine.
Good luck!
Very nice 👍🏴
Is it legally allowed to live . Can we break old building and build new or a permit is needed
The word you were looking for for the roof that's harmful to health is 'Asbestos' (which is not in those roof panels)
😄
Thank you very much for this video. It is a nice farm.
Are all the buildings registered and do the two houses have a habitation license?
Luis,tereno,casas,arlboreto,precio 👍❤️
Nice 😀
Hello Luis , where is exacly the quinta? How far from Castello branco, near what village?
Luis the prickly pear is a native of Mexico. You do get it in India brought by our Portuguese ancestors.
The music is getting a bit more lively and the properties are getting better! Must admit this is a really nice up together place, well set up for years to come with the newly planted trees – respect to the owner.
