  1. I would suggest anyone not to purchase anything from this agent as he doesn't remove listing on YouTube once the property was sold.

  3. At 1st most of the properties you were listing had a decent price on them and I was following you with interest, but lately it saddens me to see the price tag is more for naïve wealthy foreigners.

  4. Almost €65k for a ruin which needs a full strip off and rebuild in and out? I know that there are many Brits who will sing seeing every piece with their “wow, look at this view, oh ah so much potential” but let’s be realistic… ruin in a dead place, add cost of rebuilding, hassle with getting building supplies, you are still surrounded by other buildings, low possibility of earnings or business prosperity… add all this and the value of this land (ruin on the plot should not be even taken into consideration) should not exceed 20k.

  5. This is a property with potential. With water, sewer and electricity, and with a new roof the buyer has a head start. The lot is small, but there are fruit trees and space for a small vegetable garden. I would want to know what business activities the neighbor has on his property, and if a buyer has money to spare, an offer might be made to buy it to provide frontage on the river.

  6. Very nice but outrageously expensive considering the cost of renovation. 35K – 40K would still be steep but more realistic.There's obviously a large "foreigners mark-up" on this one.

  7. This property is so excellent! I wish I was close to retirement to pursue this one. I would have liked though if there was river access directly from the property but that bit you did at the end of the video suggests to me that access is close by. Thank you Luis for a great property tour.
