  1. I really like the isolation and privacy, and the house is lovely inside, though it is far from having an optimal layout or distribution of space. It's too 'open plan', with only one bedroom.
This will be costly to put right, for example, by creating a second bedroom, or turning the workers' shower area into another bathroom. Not much you can do with the outbuildings either.
The inside of the house didn't look Portuguese at all, it more resembled something from the Wild West, perhaps a ranch in Wyoming or Montana!

  2. Thank for the tour Luis. Very rustic home. I mean that in a positive way. If they have been there for 20+ years and are selling now, why should the next owners be concerned about permitting the building. Is the government starting to crack down on unapproved housing? If so shouldn’t the seller be responsible for getting what the are selling legalized? In my country I would never buy a illegal home unless I was planning on tearing it down.
Nice property with lots of possibilities. Regardless of what you plan to do with it it’s going to require lots of work to maintain and develop this property. That’s not bad but must be considered.

  3. Enjoyed this video and the tour of the property I like this one lots of space everywhere so much can be done with it love the charm in the house plenty to store wine.😊thumbs up for this one.

  4. Very good presentation, thank you Luís!
One important question, though: What are the chances to get the house registered as habitable, to be able to permanently live there?
