parece un bodegón, creo que el precio no es el adecuado,Mucha inversion y el beneficio a siete u ocho años.

Whoever gets this place will have a true gem!! Love it.
I really like the isolation and privacy, and the house is lovely inside, though it is far from having an optimal layout or distribution of space. It's too 'open plan', with only one bedroom.
This will be costly to put right, for example, by creating a second bedroom, or turning the workers' shower area into another bathroom. Not much you can do with the outbuildings either.
The inside of the house didn't look Portuguese at all, it more resembled something from the Wild West, perhaps a ranch in Wyoming or Montana!
Hi Luis this is a very good property really love it, i think it will sell very quickly a lot of work to do but i would love to own this one
The properties around this area are getting very expense, one year ago it was a lot cheaper, ????
UN registered ? How much red tape does it mean to get it registered please x
Great property and very well presented.
Very far from what I could afford, but it is a pleasure to follow you in the visit, thanks a lot.
How nice to see a bigger bathroom.
Thank for the tour Luis. Very rustic home. I mean that in a positive way. If they have been there for 20+ years and are selling now, why should the next owners be concerned about permitting the building. Is the government starting to crack down on unapproved housing? If so shouldn’t the seller be responsible for getting what the are selling legalized? In my country I would never buy a illegal home unless I was planning on tearing it down.
Nice property with lots of possibilities. Regardless of what you plan to do with it it’s going to require lots of work to maintain and develop this property. That’s not bad but must be considered.
Thank you for that good job
But this land need to spend a lot on it maybe more that the value of the land
some lovely land, definetly a lot of opportunities but need a few hundred hours cleaning up for sure. very well done tour

Very good presentation, thank you Luís!
One important question, though: What are the chances to get the house registered as habitable, to be able to permanently live there?
Are the wine bottles empty
