Sou brasileiro e gostaria de comprar e construir uma moradia.
Há viabilidade de construção?
Love your videos, very thorough indeed. They don't miss an angle nor a beat!
Beautifull …
The price is 14grand euro right??
God bless your family Luis
In fairness, it's worth about 3k ? 4k on a good day ? Do your research folks
OK. So here we have an unkept, burned out property with no urban licenses in the middle of nowhere. And they're asking 14K5. Ambitious. No. Unrealistic. No native would pay more than € 3.500,= for this. But no, let's try foreigners who don't know about the license situation. I must say I like your creative commentary but sometimes wonder how you do it.
Great video, hopefully we'll make it out in October to see some properties such as this one.
I really like how you walk the property, and talk about the trees, buildings and wells. It is very valuable to know about the water availability.
Are there any established fruit trees or is it just olive and cork?
Hello Luis. Nice property. So when a building is unregistered it's not possible to make it urban?
I like it..
Hello like this property could the structure be used as a kitchen to can
😓😓 poderia ter tradução em português
i think the neighbor should buy, nice addition to that property. it would add value to both when combined in this case.
Your video's of the properties are getting better every day. Very good.
And this is a nice farm for a small budget.
I'm interested but how I'm out Portugal
