With the Cork trees dating: 2 could mean 2002. Similarly, with 1. There must be a better way of doing the numbers on the cork trees. Something less confusing. 10 years for every harvest? I thought it was less than that.
Nice property. No work to be done. No ruins to renovate or barns to convert. In ten years the cork will be peeled again and pay for the investment. Just by doing nothing. As a former hippie, I like that. During those ten years of waiting, you spend every spring and early summer on your own camping ground (with garden) in a big tent, a van, or a motorhome. For free. In the midst of the most beautifull countryside, but just about ten miles from the region capital. So, yeah…
This is actually a very cool piece of land, I appreciate all you show us, and hope you do well in your business. I have been telling my friends about all the lovely opportunity to live freer than in USA in Portugal thanks to you and others, and share videos often.
please in future videos make the music WAY less loud… having to turn down when the music is on, just to turn up when you speak to be able to hear you is annoying, but that music was LOUD!
Just curious, do you know how much the owner got from the cork harvest? I like the property!
Now that the oaks are harvested, why would one buy this property?🤔🤔😕😕
This is the literal meaning of off grid: No electricity, no drinking water, no sewage. And no permit ever to build something to live there.
Drone idea, raise the drone from centre of property , facing north. Then point drone downwards and draw the entire limit of property, that way shape and look of property makes more sense. Very good drone shots
I love that country music. It's so rustic, thank you!
👍🏴
Hello Nice looking property I’m looking for property I was hoping to be in Portugal this month but plans have changed so I’m looking at being over in Portugal in August now thank you for sharing
Thanks Luis nice place cork trees and Fado just two of the many reasons that Portugal is so fabulous.Anyway maybe I missed it but which part of the property highest or lowest is closest to the electricity.Cheers and you are becoming excellent piloting the drone and it really helps when presenting rural properties.
I'm coming over to do some deals with you soon
Ola Luis… Hope you are well. From which well did you dig up this music track? I think it had to much Ginjinha 🤣🤣🤣
Hi Luis,as usual and expected good presentation and the choice of music just fantastic. cork oaks; Portugal and melancholy dreams are made of it.
But only people who take cold showers understand that. 😉
Do you have a cheap house close to it?
Ahh that music is kind of depressing :-/
