  1. Hello Luis, nice video, a little carried away with the drone, but I guess your having fun. Serious questions now, how much would it cost for the septic system? What would it cost for all the permits? How about the cost for an engineer/architect? What is the cost for a water well? Are the construction companies or individual contractors locally available? Where is the nearest train station? Since this village is located in the east of Portugal and near the Spain border, how far of a drive is it to Madrid and Seville? Thank you!

  2. Mind you there’s need for permission from the city council to be able to build wells if not already there!! With water constraints and this being a high risk area for wild fires I doubt new permits would be issued. Just some food for thought…

  3. All that junk ought to have been cleared away prior to making the video in order to give us a better sense of the potential use of the space. Charming little house nonetheless, it has good bones. I'd extend it further from the place you said was the second entrance, assuming the 'camara' would allow a horizontal extension as opposed to vertical. Too much land for me though. Noisy road, but the house isn't right next to it, and you'd get used to it over time. Luis, I thought your drone was going to crash at 17:35, given how the video wobbled! 😁😄😆

  4. This has potential as a residence with some garden space because household water and electricity are available. It would need a septic system and for agriculture you'd want to have a well drilled.
