The other way of selling propertys 🙂 How profesionall and good edited.
Hello Luis, nice video, a little carried away with the drone, but I guess your having fun. Serious questions now, how much would it cost for the septic system? What would it cost for all the permits? How about the cost for an engineer/architect? What is the cost for a water well? Are the construction companies or individual contractors locally available? Where is the nearest train station? Since this village is located in the east of Portugal and near the Spain border, how far of a drive is it to Madrid and Seville? Thank you!
Am assuming rain is a foreign word in this area. 😭😭😭😭😭😭
Road is downside. Concrete render will be hell to remove and likely damage the old stonework if indeed you can get it off.
That's a good deal considering the outer structure is in good condition (especially the roof)/
Mind you there’s need for permission from the city council to be able to build wells if not already there!! With water constraints and this being a high risk area for wild fires I doubt new permits would be issued. Just some food for thought…
Does it have a well?
I ear lots of Brits have been missold eg properly with little land but sold as lots of land. See youtube of the man from Cornwall UK. ⚠
It’s a very nice place, right up my street
No water
Must be a river on the other side of the road , the property there is very lush and green for summer . It’s a great little property , lots of potential !
Do you have an estimated cost to have a well or water installed Luis?
Lovely small property and so fun to see you have a colleague with you
Welcome back. Hope you had a great vacation.
What’s the name of village Louis ?

Beautiful view from up there 💕
All that junk ought to have been cleared away prior to making the video in order to give us a better sense of the potential use of the space. Charming little house nonetheless, it has good bones. I'd extend it further from the place you said was the second entrance, assuming the 'camara' would allow a horizontal extension as opposed to vertical. Too much land for me though. Noisy road, but the house isn't right next to it, and you'd get used to it over time. Luis, I thought your drone was going to crash at 17:35, given how the video wobbled! 😁😄😆
Are you allowed to putmore windows in like in the back?
Very nice property Luis..does need quite a bit more money spent on it..but I'd love the challenge!!
I like this property very much I'm curious if the trash inside the house is left for whoever buys it to take out or does it go along with somebody
7 cars in less than two mins plus cobble-stones. Apart from that disadvantage, i do not see any water? A tremendous amt of work to get the farmland into shape.not to mention the house. Oh, boy.
No he visto agua, y pasan bastantes coches
Enjoy your videos and dreaming
This has potential as a residence with some garden space because household water and electricity are available. It would need a septic system and for agriculture you'd want to have a well drilled.
No well or water storage. In your experience is this something that can be added easily?
Lovely property Luis.
What is the closest city, and any airport?
Is there a house?
A lot of traffic
