I know it seems expensive, but the buildings and outbuildings have been renovated/built to a very high standard. I've never seen a vineyard so well kept and with the irrigation installed, also it seems to have a lot of olive trees and fruit trees. The farm seems very productive and the new owner will be able to have an income. So I see this as a sale of a farm plus a small business. I might be wrong but that's my impression

I enjoy the music because it adds an extra dimension to the scenery and also Portuguese culture. If we decide to move there my family intend to immerse ourselves in the rich rural culture of Portugal. I love it. Keep them coming Luis.

Way way overpriced for just two bedrooms, two bathrooms, even if furniture is included, and there is a lot of land with great views. Without knowing, I'd have guessed €160,000. I love the stonework and privacy with neighbours being quite some distance away.

For that price only if the truck comes with. 🙂 Proprietaries think they can get a higher price if they sell the house with the furniture, but it's not worth for buyers, specially if the furniture is ancien. The land is pretty and you did a wonderful job showing it. Thank you Luís !

The property prices in Portugal have gone way over what they are worth cross the border into Spain and see what you get for €300,000 a lot more than this. Sorry Louis, but it’s a no from me
