🇷🇸 Vrnjačka Banja, Serbia (Врњачка Бања) – For Episode 10 of my 2022 Serbia Travel series, we’re in the central Serbian spa town of Vrnjačka Banja (full of 19th century villas as well as modern resorts), Ruđinci (farmland), Štulac, and Popina, specifically the memorial park (monument of spomenik – read about it here –
The area of Central and Western Serbia is FULL of iconic places to visit in Serbia with amazing architecture, food and history – Užice, Čačak, Požega, Bajina Bašta, Zlatibor, and more! There’s much more to Serbia than Belgrade and Novi Sad!
This is my 5th visit to Serbia (I was first here in 2019). Two of my trips were heavily impacted by the pandemic, but in 2021 I managed to explore quite extensively, visiting outstanding locations such as Kruševac, Subotica, and Kragujevac!

Maybe you should go back…!
Vrnjačka Banja is the best serbian spa def!
Mi u stanovima i kucama nemamo vodu vec 3 meseca
By the way David get well soon with your recovery ❤️🩹
Flabagasted like I am 😂😂😂the sheep trip…
Great video again David
Unfortunatly Serbia's population is growing older rapidly, for decades now and mostly the country side villages are hit the most, especialy in remote areas of country (which Vrnjačka Banja area is not so much). Older people past away and in many cases there are no descendants(or they are left long time ago). So i am guesing u ran into one of that abandoned houses. As abandoned houses and entire villages are concerned, you should realy check out Stara mountin, in eastern Serbia, absolute gem
❤👍
I love the variety that you've captured in this video, and I really love the footage of the spomenik. Thanks David! Get well soon. ❤
How does it feel to be a rolling stone?
Amazing video and so much humor
Thank you
My goodness! You gave a great love poem to Vrnjacka Banja. Maybe you didn't realize. I wonder if the demanding Mexico videos along with the blessings of Mexico combined with your desire to be real about Serbia to surrender a bit more to joy. One smile or monastery at a time. What's real? Real de Catorce is where you wanted your ashes to be buried? You mentioned being buried in a pretty Serbian place. You're excelling lately. I'm not YouTube savvy so I might have sent about four replies to your reply. The one thing I mentioned once that reminded me of Emily Dickinson was to say that the town you visited heard you were coming and got dressed up in sunshine. You might notice how everywhere dresses up for you whatever the weather. You, me, them. Serbi-city majico good or not. What is snarky? I know I don't like it. I like listening to you in part because you are so not snarky. Intelligence, mood, happenstance aren't snar,k. Keep being honest as you chase love! Have you discovered Poland yet? Maybe the industrial Katowice area is where you need to live and have a cat. I'd probably like it. Of course I believe in those churches.
Do you make a script beforehand, or do you just go and talk?
Yes. Strolling through the farmland and countryside. Nice. Flowers and green grass and neato tamales on stalks! 😂 Another enjoyable video! 🌼💕🌸
stunning bro, an amazing video clip
As I'm thinking that you will go to Maglic fortress, it would be good to look up some info at the moment as there are renovations on it
hah i saw my old landlord lady on the market, thanks for that 🙂 Also that monument in Popina is meant to represent the end of a rifle barrel including the sight. Nice job and thanks for bringing back some of my best memories. and u gonna love Zica monastery 🙂
When you said ulcer, I knew it was the moment some type of sickness was coming! Happens to me when I have rona on the horizon, or if I’m run down. You just need to hire yourself one of those love chariots, head on down to the love bridge and relax a little 😁!! The monuments at the end were worth the walk! PS, your queen’s English is on point! 🤣
🔝🔝🔝🔝✅
Ah, Zica monastery next, where the coronation of seven Serbian medieval Kings took place?
Yes yes yes. I've mentioned it so many times, I finally got it right for you. The best city in Serbia. Well done bro!
Belimarkovic was a general, I think.
