See all that flooding in front of the homes that’s not draining? That’s not normal, and that’s why you’re gonna see more sinkholes. It’s not just because of the rain. They have standing water that doesn’t drain for weeks at a time. Florida is only like 13 ft above sea level and that’s not good. These are the reasons I made a beeline out of FL.

Buckingham looks like nice country place, nice tour! Depends upon the number of houses going in, will determine if any big stores or strip malls will be built. Looks clean, people have nice trucks and cars, so they're working. Agree, I tried the food at DD, there's something just "off" with their products, not top notch, I wish they were better, but it is, what it is. Too bad there no Wawa's by you, better food, but you can't beat Starbucks for coffee, iced Chai, or other things, but they're pricey. Happy travels.
