Today I found your videos and I watched 3 of them, related to your visit to Lisbon and to Madeira, plus this one. I really enjoyed them and I also had a lot of fun. Congratulations! In what concerns language you are doing a good progress and I must pray your accent efforts. In your visit to Lisbon you used 'banheiro' when asking about the 'restroom'. Banheiro is the word in Portuguese from Brazil. In Portugal we say 'casa de banho' (which looks complex), or the imported words (from the English and French) WC and Toilet. A little correction: the steak in the middle of the bread is called 'bifana' and not 'bafina' (this would make people stare at you). Wish you most success for your YouTube channel.
???? A very long selfie, sorry.
Heading to Lisbon in two weeks. This was very timely. Thanks so much!!
That's funny y'all spoke on face towels bc from my experience i've noticed QUITE often that non-poc rarely even use face towels. Whenever i went to my friends houses that weren't black and i'd ask for a face towel they'd look at me funny and i'd always have to explain that it's the littlest towel size lol — as i got older i've gotten away from using them, besides the body towel anyway, bc towels are FULL of germs/bacterias that even the washer machine doesn't fully remove.
I'm glad you'll had a good time 😊 and thanks for the tips on traveling ❤️
In Europe they don’t use wash cloths… I had the same issue when I went to Spain and I stayed in several different hotels so I use the hand towel as washcloth
Overbooking is a great tip. Believe it or not I went to Hawaii and was ready to go after day 5. When I got to the airport, they had too many people on the flight so they offered a $600 voucher and an overnight stay in a hotel. I said "Hell to the naw! I'm going home." 5 days is enough.
Thank you for this, taking notes, when my time comes.
I think the reason they don't have face towels is because they don't use them, honestly. I think europeans use only their hands to shower and wash up. Might be a generalization puts an observation as well.
💝I really enjoyed the tips some of them I have used for myself and others were definitely good to know,I am happy you all made back home safe looking forward to more vacations vlogs have a wonderful day huggies 😇
These ladies are pure inspiration ✨
Love this video.
Face cloths/wash cloths are a 'black culture' thing
What a perfect way to close out 2022. Now you're able to go in to 2023 with even more of an open mind. Thanks for the video ladies!
God bless you both okay ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
5:10 I do the same thing ! I started this when I moved to Puerto Rico, there were times I had no gps or glasses (I’m near sighted) and in unfamiliar neighborhoods. But i would just say positive affirmations and trust that I’m alwaez where I’m supposed to be. It helped strengthen me spiritually, expand my memory, and be more of aware of my surroundings, even when I couldn’t physically sea 🌊. Reckless but very fun lol whenever I got “lost” I would find something I wouldn’t have discovered if I hadn’t gone that wae.
Thank you for taking us along…I enjoyed watching/hearing your unfiltered experiences.
I've been praying for y'all's safe return. I told myself don't worry they will be back on the screen while you're worrying where they are. Y'all know we are friends in our heads. It's all love though. Happy Holidays Nic and Carla!!!
What's up with our 2023 reset? Let me head over to the Discord, see if we can put something into effect!!!!
Oh me oh my 😂😂😂 I just love y’all ❤
It’s a European thing not to have face towels.
Too funny, that TSA lady was trying to figure out the size of that situation for “research” purposes 😅.
When I lived in Europe they use actual hand towels, the kind that you put your hand in and we each had our own. Glad y’all had fun!
Ok now !!! I’m ready
Only Black People use face towels, less than 10% of my non-Black friends use them. That towel, next to the bidet is NOT a face towel.
👋🏽👋🏽❤️❤️❤️
I had my situation in a clear plastic bag. The tsa lady held it in the air and let everybody see. Then looked at me. I said “make sure you pack my bag back the same way you found it… thanks”. She blushed.
Your had me laughing about the situation OMG
I am new on your channel I live the content and the both of you.Carla makes me laugh she is down to earth.

You all are great story tellers! I am so happy you enjoyed your trip. Carla do you think you had altitude sickness? I was just watching a video about altitude sickness in Mexico City and was wondering if you think that may have happened to you in Lisbon?
Ya'll know these foreigners don't take baths✌
Y'all look rejuvenated. Smiles all around.. Awww Nicki was super excited to see yall!!
Im an HVAC technician and the unit on the wall is a Mini split, it does contain refrigeration but not enough to kill you if it leaks… We use them a lot in the US, but I understand because your not use to using them or haven't seen it before.
@12:24 She was sizing that bad boy up!😄
Merry Christmas. Appreciate the tips. I’m glad you’re posting again 🎉
I love how Carla gaze at Nic with so much love…. Thanks for the tips y'all… I love new experiences thanks for taking us on the journey….🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
So glad you enjoyed your trip. Hope you had a Merry Christmas 🎅
Nope it's not just Lisbon. A few of the Airbnb's in the US I have visited didn't have wash cloth either.
Europe doesn't seem to do face towels. I lived in London for school and never saw a face towel.
Merry Christmas! I really enjoyed the virtual travel experience! My trip will most likely be Korea! While this year is almost over I really rocked with y’all since day one of prime until now and will continue and hope to see many more next year! ❤
Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year Love from Georgia
