  1. I just finished watching episode 1,2,and 3. Bravo ! Very good! Cleanliness is next to Godliness. Answers to the qualms about cleaning. I would get a good metal detector and check the floors and paths for treasure.
The broken glass could be used for a mosaic floor ,tumble the glass in the cement mixer with sand to smooth . Your land/ house ,let God and your heart lead The way.👍😁 Good luck. The stone work looks very very old.

  2. It looks like the existing walls are made from lime mortar given how they have disintegrated to sand / dust – have you looked into like mortar va concrete mortar? Having a mix of mortars may be a problem long term.

  3. That wall looks like a masterpiece! You realy have mastered how to piece those heavy stones into their 'niches '! As you said…'ESTA BOMBA! well donw again to you and your father! Keep up this amazing revelation of what can be done with these old ruins!💪

Oh my what fantastic work you have put into that wall … a real successful jigsaw indeed !

Hope the worms are doing well ? … they are great … I had a wee worm farm just for my house and plan for another in Portugal … so I’ll buy some of those babies from you (and maybe steal Angelica, while I’m there, she’s adorable !

  5. Video content is very enjoyable, your enthusiasm and you dad's silent gestures, Angelina's contentedness and the splendid work done on the house all make for entertaining lessons. I feel privileged to be watching. 😀

  6. Hi Alex. You & your dad have become very good stone masons. Your house looks amazing. Hope the roofing material comes soon!
Cindy of Cindy Vine Portugal is making a vermicomposting toilet & she is going to need some composting worms. You might consider offering her some worms to build a connection with her. Helps build your network of friends. She is a friend of Nick of Project Portugal.

  7. Hi Alex and Dad, looking amazing. Your own roof ready, the sto es chosen fit perfectly, you both have a good eye and feel for this building. Hoping cooler weather comes your way soon. Your both hardworking and very dedicated to restoring this building. Have a good weekend, stay safe. Angelica supervision is a must when moving your scaffolding, she's keeping you both safe.
