This week we have a very special property tour of an amazing place that really blew me away. It has been sold now unfortunately but I loved touring this place so much that I thought I had share it for other dreamers to see what you can get for 395,000 euros in Central Portugal 🙂

It’s a huge 23 Hectare estate set at the foot of the Serra da Estrela Nature Park in Central Portugal. It has its own private tarred roads with streetlights, features approximately 10 hectares of dense forest, a private lake with its own island, a lovely 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom main living house, built to modern specifications out of classic granite stone, as well as a secondary ruin that’s crying out for renovation.
