This is a very nice house with all the extras.

I get "casa da avó" vibes and that's really cool. It's a really Portuguese thing that most kids will go to their grandfather's houses in the summer and from the blinds to the couches everything is the same. I can almost smell that house and tell what type of cutlery they have

You really do a great job Ken on showing the various properties.. I bet you two enjoy getting out & seeing different places too .. We are enjoying working through your farm vids & luv your way on things .
We are both similar ages & after visiting Portugal a few time in our camper or flying we are getting ready to buy soon … just can’t decide where .
This was a lovely property & had everything, just needed a few updates

I just wonder why they placed a washer in the kitchen? I’d understand if spaces were limited but that’s a big house. It could easily accommodate a proper laundry room. I confess that I watched this video in a hurry so if I missed a laundry room someone, my apologies.

Willows love water and there roots seek out septic and water pipes so be sure to plant far away from any plumbing to prevent clogging and breakage.

Nice property… be careful planting willow trees… they are really beautiful but they drink a lot of water and thier root systems can be pretty invasive to plumbing… Thanks for the video!
