The old stone house is sooo gorgeous; But it is smaller, and perhaps a bit too far of everyting? You can dig a bit the first floor to make some height. The Old Factory house is the one that has more potential, yeah lots of potential for weekend houses for rental (ive stayed in such houses). Too much land also gives you work, mind you =)
