Walking tour in Lisbon’s Avenidas Novas district, an upmarket area that mixes bustling avenues housing many large corporations, modern office buildings and hotels, as well as quiet residental areas in tree-lined streets. Notable neighborhoods include Saldanha, Picoas and Campo Pequeno.
While it may lack historic sights, this part of Lisbon still attracts quite a number of tourists, as it’s home to one of Lisbon’s best museums, the must-see Calouste Gulbenkian Museum. There’s also the Campo Pequeno bullfighting arena, an impressive Moorish-style building from 1892, the only place in town where you can still see bullfighting.
Filmed in 4K resolution, first-person point of view and subtitles (no talking), for a more immersive experience!

POV Tours is all about immersive and relaxing walking tours. You’ll experience, as if you’re there in person, lively urban areas, small picturesque towns, as well as places of natural beauty such as beaches, national parks, mountains and forests.
Here you’ll see historical places, monuments, ancient castles, epic bridges and beautiful or unusual landscapes, including hidden gems that don’t feature in any tourist guides. My POV walking tours are a great way to explore and travel to new destinations or revisit the ones you already know.
As I’m based in Lisbon, Portugal, most of my videos will be somewhere in this metropolitan area, but there will be videos from all over Portugal, as well as other countries. Is there a special place in Lisbon you’d like to see, or elsewhere in Portugal? Let me know in the comment section below and I’ll see what I can do!
