Praia da Figueirinha is gorgeous! If you’re on the road it’s defined worthy stopping by it! It has a gorgeous view! It’s surrounded by the park and it’s a great place to take a break, walk.
The beach is lovely with white soft sand. During summer time it can get very crowded because it’s not far from the city of Setúbal. Busses come all the time and bring tourists and children. If you come by car make sure to arrive before 9am otherwise you will not find a parking space (that’s the reason people come by bus). The only bar-restaurant is very busy during summer time and staff get stressed. Nevertheless I recommend.
