Praia da Morena is known above all for the young population that goes to the water frequently in the summer months. It is also very popular with families with children who, in the low tide, take advantage of the sand and sea formations, which create small lagoons, perfect for the youngest.

The beaches of Costa da Caparica extend along 15 kilometers. Most beaches are guarded during the summer, have parking and support restaurants/bars. The train, operating only in the summer months, takes vacationers along the beaches.
