With the 30 day exempt Visa how do you extend it ? As in where do you go to extend it? I will be in Bangkok and plan to stay for at least 90 days in Thailand if not longer
Can you really extend a 30 day visa-exempt twice?
Are they strict about doing visa runs too often?
3:11 if you really gonna pay about 5000 USD just to stay in Thailand for 15 months you really must have a good reason. Jump in between countries way cheaper
Nomad visa seems like a game changer, I like the focus they are bringing on creating remote lifestyle

Long term stay visa sounds cool to avoid the states during the upcoming recession.
So much misinformation brother
1 – it’s 30 day visa exempt (no visa) (not available for all countries) just an entry stamp, can extend once for 30 days.
2 – there is no 90 day tourist visa. It’s a 60 day tourist visa extendable one time for 30 days which will total 90 days. (This visa is valid for 90 days from day day it’s stuck in the passport meaning you have 90 days to enter Thailand)
Elite visa is a joke
The visa using a company where you pay monthly and taxes each month is also a joke.
Unless you got cake staked. Thailand is the worst spot for visas in Asia.
Been living here since 2016 as you know. Just left because this reason
