  1. 28:28 Thank your for this! This is the most important part of this fantastic video.
You guys, who come from abroad will actually teach Portuguese companies (who own loads of land with eucaliptus) how it should be done.
This is a problem, but, looking at it as a challenge, it will be really much easier to solve.

Thank you and greetings from the Algarve.

  2. Have you considered already starting to grow the right kind of trees from seed near the camp so that you can transplant as you clear the land. It would be more cost efficient to grow your own. Every winter you would have a new activity, moving trees.

  3. Perhaps go for a water landscape as you mentioned would be best… fire-loving trees and shrubs usually don't like water all that much. And perhaps research into permaculture answers to forest fires could help you on your way too

  4. As an Australian we have bush fires yearly. We have mostly indemic eucalyptus and acacia trees. Aboriginal people would do 'safe burns' in the bush yearly. This stopped with colonisation except in some parts of the country. Many fires since. It's the under brush that needs clearing to stop the fire otherwise the eucalyptus trees will cause even bigger issues as stated here.

  5. I got Covid 3 days ago… in bad (sucks ) . Discovered your Chanel. I have binged watched right up to the present day .Love you project , Love Portugal been there 3 times. I would move there in I a heart bit. I'll found away of collaborate.
    Kudus to you guys

  7. next generation firefighting vehicles (off road, self protection systems, + crew protection)
    iveco magirus TLF 3000-W
    renault iturri TLF CCFM 3000

need more firefighters, more vehicles (more fire trucks), more firefighting helicopters, more pilots, new pilots (education?),
undestroyable water reservoir tanks? water storage tanks (across the country, near streets, near forests, inside forests etc + GPS tracking?), many of those,
additional equipment? handheld thermal cameras? (detection of hidden hot spots etc, + mobile infrared cameras could locate people or wounded animals in smoke-filled areas), infrared cameras with extended temperature range?, flying camera drones? (wide area surveillance), wearing portable radios for all firefighters.
    become a financial supporter?

become a volunteer firefighter? (+ driver? (pump operator), become an instructor? (fire and rescue?, emergency medical services?, advanced driving techniques?, advanced first aid? animal rescue?)
    + caution corona etc?

water springs and drinking fountains (in switzerland) = less dehydration.
many water dispensers? = less dehydration.
bird baths or fresh water fountains? thirsty animals need water 2?

+ caution corona etc? keep distance etc?

passive fire protection? (for buildings etc)
fire protective coatings? (or anti corrosion?), intumescent paint or coating?, fire retardant paints or sprays?, heat-resistant coatings?,
cementitious waterproofing coatings? (these coatings can prevent damage from mold, mildew and water infiltration)
fire suppression systems? smoke extraction? fire doors? fire-resistant Construction materials? cavity barriers? fire barriers? (prevent fire and smoke from spreading) fire partition walls etc, hose and cable sleeving protection? (thermal insulation for electric wires, cables, hoses, tubes and hydraulic systems)

smoke detectors with LCD display? (batteries working? detectors working? checked?), + CO detectors?, fire blankets?, fire extinguisher? (the right one), fire beaters? sprinkler systems? (near buildings? in parks? farms etc), water hose?, bucket? ( + caution electricity)

+ Multi Entry Internal Fire Escape Chute?

animal rescue solutions? pet carriers? + (farms, barns, shelters etc) smoke detectors? loud enough? will you hear it? Industrial Emergency Fire Alarm Systems? + Surveillance Camera Solutions? improved fire escape routes for animals?! systems? (in barns, horse barns, + animal shelters etc) (directions: north east south west) away from fire !

    causes of fire
space junk (radiation or heat), glass bottles, broken bottles + shards, old trash, waste?, cigarettes (drivers who throw their cigarettes out the window, cigarette butts thrown into nature, + cigarette butts are toxic plastic pollution + cigarette butts leach toxic chemicals into water), matches, braziers, barbecues, cooking in nature etc, lightnings, power lines, tractor, truck exhaust pipes, + other vehicle exhaust pipes? mufflers? or other vehicle parts?, railway brakes + wheels + power lines, motorbike, scooter, motorcycle catalyst converter, exhausts = causes of fire?? (in dry areas + vegetation) (residential areas, roads, avenues, freeways, country roads, forest roads, farms, farm roads, train railway roads etc)

  8. The more trees burn, the higher global temperatures will rise, the more trees will burn. Its a very unhealthy cycle. Its the begininng of the end.Humans with their greed with this dumb capitalist system have fucked this planet good and proper.

  9. You should be careful doing this, some fires can really be dangerous even if you are kilometers away. I live near the Kamp and that 2017 fire just ate through everything. The most massive fire I went through, it was really nuts since it was very very windy. I can send some aftermath pics if you want.

  10. It’s all deliberate to push forward the climate change agenda that Klaus Schwab has a boner for.

Their little lapdogs, the mainstream media, then run relentless stories and coverage of it to make the public scared. Fear is awesome to brainwash and control people. Look how easy everyone locked down, wore masks, got injected with toxic concoctions still under clinical trials during covid.

Most people are quite stupid so they will all keep falling for these things. Best thing to do is move away from cities. Become a bit more self reliant. Learn skills. Distance yourself from idiots and most of all don’t watch the news or read papers. Oh and get lots and lots of Monero 😎

  11. I have really enjoyed your weekly updates on your projects and impressed by what you have achieved. Unfortunately, this latest video left me really annoyed. As an Australian living in the most bushfire prone area on the planet we are taught NEVER to chase fires as it can create a whole new set of issues ranging from blocking roads, placing yourself in danger and finally the need for a firefighter to risk their life to rescue you. Locally we call you people "rubber neckers" and you actually create more problems. I really hope you do a follow up to this video warning people to NEVER do what you did.
Bushfires in Australia are known to burn at such temperatures that they melt roads and whole cars, can move at terrifying speeds and cover large distances due to the weather patterns they create. The most recent event in Australia in 2019/20 burnt over 25 million hectares and lasted over 6 months, with over 90% created by lightning strikes. We have come to live with these events but we have also learned to respect them, from afar!!

  12. OPEN YOUR EYES THESE FIRES ARE CAUSED 99.9% even by the same authorities, these fires correspond to a series of events not only in Portugal but in other European countries Spain, Greece, among others to justify climate control, which is caused by the HAARP system look for information this system controls the climate for God's sake don't be so blind use your sense of discernment if you have it
