  2. I text a friend this video. He lives in the area, and is a native of CO. He said that particular area is a barren wasteland, and the green in the video is generated. It is wise to visit a property and it's surrounding area before starting the purchase process online.

  3. Lol. If this is in costilla county its worthless! The county will arrest you for camping on your own property. Cops do nothing when you get robbed and the county offices are beyond corrupted. And the whole valley is crime ridden with a district attorney who is in the middle of a recall effort because he refuses to charge criminals

  4. Fantastic job on your video and presenting the property along with key road junctures. Not interested at this time. I drove by there yesterday and some how Google tracked that and linked me to your video. I saved a baby cow there yesterday at Hwy 17 and 112 I think. I live in Divide. Just wanted to tell you what a great job you did

  5. Awesome ! 👍 I'm interested in something beautiful around 40 acres or so with a river running through it ( could be anywhere ) or something off i10 or i75 in Florida that might be suitable for a Tree farm. 🌳 🌳 🌳 ~Charles

  6. @LANDiO you guys should consider building a simple house on the lot. It would be significantly more work and would decrease your scalability for awhile but once you do it enough, you will be able to sell this for more and get a larger return. Just food for thought. You are selling the dream but if you make the dream a little easier by building a house you can charge more and reach more people.
