Hello! My name is Criselda but you can call me Selda.
I’m an English teacher from the Philippines living and working in Japan since 2018.
I’m hoping to use this platform to help fellow expats in their daily lives in the land of the rising sun.
I chose to make my first video about my apartment to eventually talk about the most efficient ways to get an apartment in Japan as a foreigner. That will be my 3rd video as my Apartment Tour video turned out longer than I initially anticipated. My next video will be Part II of the tour which will be uploaded next week. I understand that there are cheaper apartments in the countryside (technically not a big city like Tokyo or Osaka) but we chose this apartment because it’s very close to our workplaces and it’s located in what’s considered one of the best cities in Japan to live in. Also, 60,000円 includes 5G internet and 2 parking spaces so it’s not really a bad deal.
