How long did it take to go though customs?

I've been to Lisbon for an event with only one and half day for tourism. its been planned from home to visit the city in the half day (upon arrival) and next day to go outside to see Atlantic Ocean at Cabo da Roca. Well … was raining "cats & dogs" when I arrived so the half day city tour was ruined. Next day I decided to go to Atlantic, according to initial plan. I never regret it. Ocean offered the best show with waves, sound, sunny weather, beach views. Cabo da Roca is amazing! After, I walked on a esplanade between Cascais and Estoril on Atlantic beach. Awesome … I still thinking to that walk when I want to relax bringing in my mind ocean weaves sound. Then I came back to the city doing the city tour. I really liked it in Portugal. I plan to go back and visit more of this country. Also people are friendly.

You need to spend atleast a week in Lisbon. My fave city in Europe!

I've been wanting to take a trip to Lisbon and Barcelona in the near future. My husband has this notion that Lisbon is "dirty". Glad to see that wasn't an issue. Sintra and Porto would be on the list to see from there as well.

One of favorite cities to travel to! Also that bridge was built by the same company that constructed the Bay Bridge in SF, so there's the similarity. If you go back check out the city of Porto & the small town of Sintra. Happy travels 😊

Ahh Portugal!  My Mother land where I was from.  I moved here when I was a baby…I am half.  This gives me an idea to visit Portugal in few years.😀

I loved Lisbon, the buildings, the food and wine, some really neat small hotels as well. Glad you liked it and yes the subway is very easy to use.

I did a snap decision surf holiday in Portugal, fantastic place. I agree the buildings are beautiful!! Definitely on my 'on my way home stop over' list when I leave NZ!
