LMAO
no wounder it is cheep ! 3 stinking wells no house just a run down barn , no grid electric and zero chance of getting an electricain to run it 4 you add 20 k to get power another 10 k to drill a well .
yes it has defined boundrys [ all fallen freaking down ] yet more cost ???
even if you make a go of this place and grow food /harvest the land , who are you going to sell your produce to ??
[simple answer is no friken one ] as you are miles away from any town , even the local village has someone selling anything you can grow already .
THIS IS WHY IT IS FOR SALE ! BECAUSE EVEN THE LOCALS DON'T SEE PROFIT IN IT JUST HARD WORK LIVING IN A SLUM THE REST OF YOUR LIFE .
Está tudo louco! Palhais de guardar palha, porcos e galinhas venderem aos pobres estrangeiros por semelhante preço! Que vergonha!
Nice property Luis! Could a property like this be used for tourism? I’m thinking glamping yurts, tipis etc. thank you.
Thanks Luis! You’re my favorite Real Estate blogger for Portugal. Question: is the house facing South? Do you have contacts for trustworthy & reliable construction people? Thanks so much!
one could make the stone structure into a House but it is clearly a barn for storage and livestock . you don`t have a House . remembering another property where you refer to an old Pig/sheep ruin as a "guest house". a stretch of the imagination . understandable , you`re in Sales . the "House" might need a permit to occupy .
Total fire hazard leaving Eucalyptus like that.
Such a nice refuge for isolated living, or farming even… but letting the trees grow and give scent and shade…
Thanks 😊
If the "creek" runs along the edge of the property, isn't it a man made canal? Where does the water come from, an underground spring?
Beautiful property but I'm worried about the eucalyptus trees.
Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for you video's. Im always very interested in the anual tax costs, especially with the larger properties. Could you mansion them in the description?
Thanks again.
Hello Luis ! Does it have missile defense ?😂😁
You need a drone to show the dimension of the property. Thanks for the effort you make on every single video
cascatas , laranjeiras , limoneiros , pedras e logo se ve .
In your experience, has anyone added an additional floor to a building like the one on this land? New walls built on top of the existing stone walls?
Thanks Luis, much appreciated, I think I'll see you real soon.
Thanks Luis.
Hi, nice property. A map to see where it is located would be helpful
This is a great property and land thanks luis 😉
This is an interesting property. The fact that it has a habitation license is a big asset, and though the access to the house is hardly more than a footpath, it borders on a good road to the village. The boundaries are well defined. There are options for farming, and there is water available for irrigation. For electricity, the buyer might consider a solar panel system.
The house stonework is beautiful, and though a buyer might want to install more windows, one might use skylights to disrupt the stone as little as possible.
nice place Luis, thanks for sharing
Hello Luis.
