  1. Guys, I have been in Tallinn, Estonia for last 1.5 years.
If you are a bachelor and working in IT, then I would say you accept the offer only if your monthly gross pay is minimum 3000 Euros. But if you are a married person with kids and if your spouse is not going to work then I would say you need to demand for 5000 Euros per month.
Quality of Education is good but the medium of language is Estonian. Hardly this is spoken by less than a million in Estonia itself. Trust me you will end up sending your kids here to private schools and they charge 500 -2000 Euros per month per kid.
They say doctor tagging for each person but the reality is there are hardly any doctors and majority of them do not speak English. For last 1-2 years most of the Expats could not get the doctor tagging that easily. I really do not see govt putting efforts to improve this.
If you visit the private hospital then the final bill will be 10x more of the India super specialty hospital. You should pray that you should be healthy when you are here.
Very tough to get an apartment and also 2bhk(ideally here it is 3 rooms) minimum cost is around 1100. If you are a family of 3 (minimum) you definetly have to go for 2bhk as no one will give you 1BHK.
Inflation is at 26 percentage as pee tge last update and it will easily cross 30 before this winter.

Honestly it is a good place to stay and work. Even I see teenagers walk on the streets at around 1 AM. I am not sure if there is any such county with this level of security.
People here will not interfere unnecessarily and also it is not that easy to make friends. But once they tryst you they will have the long term bonding till their life.
You need a D Visa or a TRP to work in Estonia and it is not that easy for Non IT professionals. Even for IT only few companies does sponsorship.
Hope this information helps you to take correct decisions.

  3. *It is not guaranteed that candidates' visa applications will be successful. Please be aware that the Estonian immigration and law authorities may exercise additional scrutiny for applications from countries which are considered to be higher risk by Estonian authorities. These countries may include, but are not limited to, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Iran, Egypt, Syria and Cameroon.
