The first thing I look at in house is which direction the windows face. If there are few windows facing south, that house becomes useless for me.

Love love love this house ❤❤ from the beautiful orignal flooring still being intact, the huge windows, the fact that it has heating and an electric board, I can't get over the door knobs by far one of my favourite things, there is so much potential!!
