  1. Then let’s work with Greece and figure this out Get the finest mine city USA has manipulated scheme if necessary we’re not using that term manipulating the negative context sometimes you have to defeat evil with a little bit of lesser evil now figure it out and slap sanctions on grease

  2. 😂 Ukrainians don't wake up to coffee.
Ukraine has been sabotaging its own country, all of those Ukrainian rockets raining down this morning was a beautiful sight.

  3. Question: Nothing new here.Russia is doing what western nations have been doing.when USA and NATO allies were stealing oil from syria and iraq, where were you? Why not investigate france atrosities in Africa too.

  4. This just infuriates me as some of the comments do! I live in Greece and find it unconscionable that there are people who think it’s just fine to feed the Russian bear while he invades, murders & tortures Ukrainians! I will gladly be cold this winter if it means punishing that maniac and cutting his country off from the rest of the world! And, btw, I don’t live in the south but up north in the mountains where we get harsh winters so don’t think I’m saying this because I won’t be cold! I will be and will make it through the winter. Just think of what Ukrainians are suffering through with their homes bombed! I am ashamed of Greece for doing what they have been doing throughout their modern history – cheating! And THAT’S WHY GREECE IS A POOR COUNTRY, they allow their politicians to rape their country and get away with cheating. 😡😡😡😡😡🤞🏻

  5. This is poor journalism with a demagogic twist,
    1. Keep using the term "Greek ship owners" without considering a) where the ship is registered (aka, the law of the country), b) where the company is registered. If at least is out of EU (not just Greece) and the transaction / exchange is taking place in the international water (aka for Aegean Sea 6+ miles from the coast) the greek state CANT do anything.
    2. Another key point is destination. We see the exchange but no documentation about the destination or even more important if the there is falsification of papers around the origin of the oil after this exchange <– the later would have been real journalisme, investigation and very risky as it is highly illegal.

More over, EU states are still receiving oil from Russia although less and less, thus until there is a full ban this isn't illegal (something the commentator mentioned).

Also where is the supported documentation about which companies, ships etc are part of this… This feels like another article of DW pointing the finger to Greece/Greeks.

  6. The hypocritical oil business Transactions by greece makes EU & US Economic embargo to Russia due to its Communist officials evil attack on Ukraine less effective? It seems business moral ethics is forgotten when greed set into the heart of business owners. They are warned by the word of God in Matthew 16:26 & Luke 12:15-21 & 2 Timothy 3:1-5 & Mark 9:42-50 & Revelation 21:8.

  7. Keeping eyes on the wrong thing, so what if they transported gas, there’s no crime here but yet you guys make a problem, should have be looking out for real criminals like those that blow up the North stream pipe line,😂 can’t say you guys are very good or useful in looking for criminals, no wonder there’s so much chaos in society.

  8. Moscow is entitled to sell its oil to whoever needs it, Americans and NATO bombed and invaded sovereign countries, and the world was silent and they have been left not to account, in the name of national security and terrorism. Russia too has a right to its national security and by invading Ukraine, this right was being threated by NATO expansion. Who on this earth does not know this?

  9. At least the Russians are selling oil to finance their war effort, how about the americans?looting and robbing Syrian oil and grains in broad daylight, are you aware of that DWtv?or are you just nothing but an american lapdog..

  10. In old british vocabulary check out the meaning of greek. It means THIEF. The reason is that in greek culture stealing without getting caught is considered something skillful and thieves are respected in the society.

  11. It's easy for western European countries to dictate which oil to buy, while the rest of eastern Europe struggles to find any source of energy to run their economy.
