I can’t speak Portuguese. But I can try, right? Actually, I had been studying Portuguese a lot. Muito. For four months. Almost every day. I was going hard in the paint. And so I know a few words now… but I still have a long way to go. I enjoy practicing the language and really want to learn how to speak it. It helps me feel closer to the people and the culture and opens my mind.
