  1. Thank you so much for visiting my country and enjoying it as much as we do :)) As a tip, try also Alentejo, but you'll need time, it's big, and the pace is slow….. Évora, Elvas, Beja, etc… but also smaller towns like Reguengos de Monsaraz, Vila Viçosa, Serpa and more.. the waters of Alqueva, the Guadiana Natural Park, and of course the golden coast of Alentejo… it's amazing! 😉
I guess Portugal is the land where the sun (mostly) ever shines, green and water in abundance thanks to the mountains and rivers, and so very friendly, slow paced, amazing food…

I guess we Portuguese always felt like the hobbits in a big World, doing long journeys into the unknown, so we all watched the Lord of the Rings, and felt we were the hobbits, hahaha…. We will protect "The Shire"… even at the UN in New York! Guterres is already there…. 😜

I could be biased, since I am from Lisbon but like you, I travel a lot also, and I live in Berlin at the moment… (facing Mordor 😂😂😂) …but if you wanna know more about Portugal, get a car and go in a mission, as you like to do… another tip I found here in youtube https://www.youtube.com/c/PortugalTourismPT/videos... :))))
Enjoy your travels… and keep us up to date! 😘

  2. Cool video, Ryan, but i would recommend pronouncing cities like Portugese do: like "obidoush", not "obidos", and "lagoush" instead of "lagos", as correct pronunciation will help in finding places if you ask someone local. As well the cave in Algarve region is not Bengali, but Benagil ("benazhiil"), same mistake is the river in Porto – Douro, not Duoro
