Sweet property! Wow! The house Is really cute. The front patio is perfect. I think the plunge pool made out of well rings is very cool. When the water flow gets worked out it will be great on a hot day. Love it!

If someone wanted to purchase a property, would the buyer have to be there in person?

Who ever buys this property just needs to get a small tractor,cut some trees around the boundaries and keep plowing the land,since they have plenty of water there's potential for planting a small orchard with a good variety of fruit trees and even a vineyard and plant some eating variety of chestnuts.
Asking price is way too much for what it's worth as it is in my opinion
