  1. Nice big house 🙂 Over my budget,, but you are right, that stonework looks really good,, Makes it look expensive!
I became a house owner in Portugal last friday,, and again thank you for your help,, both the seller and the notary took a bank transfer,, and I did not have to wait around for days for a bank check 🙂 I posted a video on my channel,, a tour of my new house,, if you are curious to see how much I've been scammed 🙂

  2. Luiz – this is just an idea and I don't know if other viewers will agree with me ?
It could be an idea that on your way home, you'll show us the area has drive and also show us the shops, cafés and other stuff available at the nearest place. I honestly think that would be big plus to the viewers and potential buyers. Let me know what you think ?

  3. An interesting house, and with some modifications could include a full living unit downstairs. Some updating and painting would be in order, as would replacing the single-pane windows with double pane. I might add a heat pump for heating/cooling. It would be worth checking the possibility of buying the abandoned house next door.

  4. Wow, Luis! This one ticks basically every box I have. If I were already in Portugal, I would call you for a viewing. Sadly, it will probably be two more years before I can get there.

You said the house is not built of stone. Is it concrete, then?

    Thanks,
    Alex

  5. Hi Luis. Very nice place. Worth while thinking about. What interests me are two things: the vine that is growing right next to the BBQ area – is that a Wisteria?- and what is the intentions of the owner of the ruin bordering the BBQ? The garden area looks well maintained but the House is beginning to fall apart. Will it be eventually be sold or will it be allowed to continually decline for lack of attention and repair?
