It's a beautiful house. With a cellar for a B&B or Rental. But from the Dutch point of view. €90,000/€105,000. It's right next to a road. And then it has to be modernized. And a Washing Machine, OUTSIDE??
An interesting house, and with some modifications could include a full living unit downstairs. Some updating and painting would be in order, as would replacing the single-pane windows with double pane. I might add a heat pump for heating/cooling. It would be worth checking the possibility of buying the abandoned house next door.

Hi Luis. Very nice place. Worth while thinking about. What interests me are two things: the vine that is growing right next to the BBQ area – is that a Wisteria?- and what is the intentions of the owner of the ruin bordering the BBQ? The garden area looks well maintained but the House is beginning to fall apart. Will it be eventually be sold or will it be allowed to continually decline for lack of attention and repair?
