  1. Thanks Yvonne & Mike, & also to your guests Luis & Nancy ☺
That was lovely & was great to hear insights from Luis as I'm dreaming of retirement in Madeira.
By the way good evening from Dhaka, Bangladesh! I'm having a great time vlogging over here with my intense & crazy personal walking tours, so you have been warned lol!
Have a truly beautiful weekend my friends 🤗

  2. Former New York City boy too. I love the urban vibes of Funchal – as some others have said, it’s like a mini-Lisbon. We will be there in February for about six weeks as we prepare to move (at least part time to Madeira) The difference is that I when we move there, I will be a Portuguese citizen thanks to the (former) law of return for direct ancestors of expelled Jews. Just got my citizenship paper approved last week. Anyway, I want to concur wit others: These interviews add a dimension to your videos that is quite welcome.

  3. again, just the kind of video that is interesting to me. Been thinking: an island, so nobody can come in so easily but on the other hand is it possible to get all the necessities of life ? Well, I first have to watch this video, thank you
