Portugal played Nigeria today in a warm-up and won 4-0. They are one of if not the only team to get a warm-up game in before the WC games. I think that could make a difference. Confidence is high.

Interesting how out of the top 10 teams in the FIFA ranking, only Portugal gets picked on to bomb out of the group stage. They get hated on during predictions for almost every tournament, including this World Cup, even though it's the best our squad has looked in a long time (especially when it comes to talent). It's honestly obnoxious how almost every pundit's "hot take" is Portugal having an early exit.
