UAE amends travel guideline, people with one name on passport can now travel to country
On Thursday, the Consulate General of India, Dubai tweeted that passengers with only one name will be accepted if they have their father’s/family name mentioned on the 2nd page.

however if your final destination is not UAE , like if you are traveling to India from Portugal or returning , its not a problem .
