Happy holidays guys! Holy cow, $3200/month for a studio apartment?! But the Murphy bed is a good investment. I own a 3700sq ft house for $1100/month (I got mad tax breaks) in Indianapolis but I miss SoCal so bad. It's just me, my chihuahua, and cat…😭
