We flew back to Portugal on December 11, 2021, and we experienced some things not found on government websites. Please watch for the full update but here are a few things we experienced:
1 – Asked to complete a second Portugal Passenger Locator Form on the airplane. It was a hard copy the flight attendant kept.
2. Some people landing in Portugal get wristbands, some do not. No explanation as to why, but you form into two lines- wristbands and no wristbands. Not sure what the deal is.
3. Portugal screens for negative PCR and Antigen tests right before you leave the airport.
