Historical villa with splendid view, park and an ancient cellar in Verona, Italy… This well-preserved and recently restored Venetian Villa is located in the a beautiful village of Marano, in Valpolicella area. Here you will be greeted by a magnificent setting made of rolling hills planted with vineyards. The villa is considered one of the most beautiful Venetian villas of Valpolicella area, a seventeenth-century noble residence, renovated by the architect Luigi Trezza in 1792, as evidenced by the plaque on the facade. It consists of the main body, in a shape of a long parallelepiped, and the adjacent rustic buildings; the facade is tin the typically neoclassical style. The interior of the building consists of two superimposed central rooms, with the service areas on the ground floor on the sides and those of the sleeping area on the upper floors. Currently the villa is divided into two apartments, the finishing materials are from different eras depending on the period of the restoration. The living room on the first floor is splendid, entirely frescoed with a beautiful original terracotta floor and two symmetrical stairways that connect it to the ground floor. Inside the villa there are also rooms colpletely frescoed and others with pieces of surviving frescoes. The floors are wooden as well as the roof of the building. The house is in good conditions, both inside and outside where recent restorations have brought back all the splendor of the original facade. The electrical and bathrooms plumbing systems are fully functional and in good condition although probably subject to regulatory compliance especially in the less recently renovated part of the villa. The rural buildings of the villa are also interesting, characterized by recent renovations; the remarkable cellars and the porch with yellow limestone columns, which overlooks the internal courtyard, stand out. The nineteenth-century English style garden enjoys a unique view towards the Marano valley and offers a unique feature for its dominant position.
