In 2022, TÜV AUSTRIA will celebrate its 150th anniversary under the motto “Living the Future”. The spark of the future lies in the past, says Stefan Haas, referring to the determination of the founder and @TU Wien professor Adam Freiherr von Burg to establish an independent testing organization: “Prof. von Burg spent ten years working on the foundation of our current group of companies. What began with a stroke of the pen on June 11, 1872, will continue to be part of the development of technology and society tomorrow. Count on TÜV AUSTRIA in the post-digital age.”
