The music was nice….. and the spa…. but even before you entered, from the out of place pillars, I could tell the house was tasteless. Blank white, dull and dated fixtures, fittings and furniture. Was it in this state when you sold it the first time? 😒

Man I really love this house! So happy it isn't a 'trendy' glass box. It all looks very cozy. The only thing I would change is ditch the koi pond, because I couldnt care less for fish and make a huge lagoon style swimming pool there.

The hand made exquisite details found thru out the property is not lost on me. Details are extremely important for residences at this price pt.
The Spa, Garage (flat entry/exit for low cars), Cinema, Master with his & her EVERYTHING, the kitchen and that Solarium are are 1st rate. Unfortunately no outdoor pool is a huge BUZZ KILL.
This property is not my cup of tea. Really hope you sell it close to the ask.
