Kilo places are mostly aimed at lunch during work days. It's actually a pretty good choice of fresh, cheap and healthy food for a daily routine. It's definitely healthier than McDonald's or Subway and much cheaper and much faster than a la carte restaurant… but don't expect much in terms of quality out of it…
