I wonder how much is the cost of official papers and taxes for transferring the ownership of this plot including extras like surveys …
How do I locate you to see properties?
Hello my friend….loving this place..not too big…..
Can you pls send me more details on this property, area, and the name of the place. I am interested.
Thank you for showing this property 👍❤
Would you kindly show on the screen the written name of the city/town? Thank you. (By the way, when do estimate that this stone home was made? 1800's?)
priced too high
I assume that only the one stone building is registered for habitation and that in restoration you would be limited to that footprint. With three orange trees, a dozen olive trees, and those grape vines someone could be a part-time gardener along with their regular job. Having electricity, water and sewer available is a plus.
You present well, but you over-value your properties.
