  3. How's the internet connection there? And is it possible to get good mid century modern apartment under $2000? And what about online services there like Uber and online food services?

  4. I've also found that the Portuguese know more English than they tell you. Very often they are a bit insecure about speaking it themselves, but understand quite allot (: In people over 50-60 it's a little harder. Seems this is true in most EU countries tbh.
