Fantastic agricultural farm Small farm about 3km from the village of Santa Margarida, in the municipality of Idanha-a-Nova, with good access.
The property has 2.6ha with about 180 olive trees, 3 fig trees, 4 pear trees, 1 apple tree and vineyard.
Fertile land with abundant water all year round, with 2 wells, 1 pond, 1 tank and a stream passes through the middle of the property. There is also a support house for agriculture with 73m2.
Property fenced with 2 entrances, one from the national road, that the property confines, and the 2nd one, a dirt road, next to the construction.
The property benefits from an annual subsidy.

I mean $25,000
Luis, thank you, but the price again is very high for a farm. What's the problem. It is worth 25,00
Do you have a property about two hectares or more with a house with license that you can live in and enough water of course .Must be close to the Spanish boarder.
yet another beautiful piece of portugal. i think this one is over valued however. it seems as though the better properties, struggle to make it to market, but this is no different than in many global markets at this time. i think the only drawback for me personally with portuguese property would be those taxes after living in the country for quite some time, that 10% inheritance tax to non legally bound partners is pretty terrible as well. but, still, i still watch for a possible dream.
Although the price may seem high, Luis makes it very clear that this is strictly agricultural land and it is not licensed for building a residence. Possibly, with an investment of time and money, permission might be obtained to build a house, but that isn't certain.
I personally don't really understand why people are commenting that the prices are too high. The seller can ask whatever they want for a property that they own, not only that but it's an estate agents job to get the maximum price for a property. If the estate agent knows that foreign people are willing to go that extra step in order to purchase a property like this, why would he not ask a higher asking price? It's simple supply and demand…
You can buy land and AGRICULTURAL building for less in the uk. Seriously hiked prices. Most people want to live in a legal dwelling.
No Portuguese people would pay these prices so why con foreigners.
Me parece por encima de su valor
Luis beautiful place but there wil be always the most important question can you built a house there or modernised the old house? Agricultural building 🤪
By the way there price is wish full thinking. 50 a max 60. 000. Is the most place worth. Neer the lake 2km from Marateca dam 3,5 ha with a living house is around 80 to 90000 worth.
A cattle barn and land for 81k??🤔🤣😂
Luis no disrespect but I can't help but find the properties that you show rather expensive. Here you sell a farm with no housing, just land with a agricultural support building. Although a nice piece of land, even at todays prices is worth not more than 55.000 euro. The building, not being a living space has not really an added value but let's be nice and put the total value to 60000 to 65000. I've seen in other countries how the real estate agents have ruined the market for local people and it's very sad.
