  1. Excellent again, Jackie. I have been to Panama several times, and I'm still learning from your videos. When I come for extended stays, I buy the local food products and save a lot of money. So you are right on with that! Is there a link for the global health insurance company you mentioned?

  2. Thank you Jackie and team, and the expats in Panama, for providing such succinct information to everyone! Your explanation of "it depends" is spot on and is not only related to moving and living in Panama. It's like asking "how much does it cost to live in Dallas?" Where and how do you want to live,? All things being equal, including the amount of money you have available to live on, whether its $1500 or $5000 a month, do you want to be frugal with your funds or do you want to live "high on the hog" or someplace in between? That decision will be your basis for what it costs to live in Panama.

  3. Panama isn't cheap. It's reasonable. If you want imported goods, it's going to be expensive. If you got decent income, no problem, but don't get duped into thinking Panama is cheap.

  4. Unfortunately no amount of fresh fish, chicken, fruit and vegetables will improve my migraine's and hypothyroidism. I looked at the list on the website and there was not a single medicine there that I took (yes I take 12 different medications a day ((Thyroid issues, Migraines and Parosmia)). Will try Julie thank you Jackie.
