José Ribeiro the manager of Penafiel Park Hotel speaks about the host of trainees in the company in several areas as for example: reception, housekeeping, SPA bar and waitress services.
In the hotel they provide a responsible person (tutor) for each professional internship they host depending of the function or sector they will work in. The internships have the length between 120 to 450 hours, according to the course the trainee attend.
The main objective of these internships it’s to give the opportunity to the trainees experiment the reality of a real job and to contribute to their future integration in the labour market.
