In addition to this area where native vegetation prevails, are in the farm different areas of land resulting from changes of the investments made in the last 2 years.
In this area near the entrance to the farm, the transformation of the land is visible, with the uproot of 1 hectare of eucalyptus forest, where all the wood is still, with the aim of converting it to the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants, in organic production mode. still stands out, among the lavender and the Mediterranean vegetation undergrowth, the wood and traces of the uprooting of the old eucalyptus trees.
On the land there is also a centenary olive grove in full production, a 40 years old vineyard, in the 2nd year of conversion to organic production mode, and scattered around the land, several other trees: fig trees, strawberry trees, pomegranate, quince, almond, persimmon, laurel, willow, ash, holm oak, pine and eucalyptus trees.
Continuing to walk along the edge, further on, a small area of pine forest leads in turn to one of the two large dams, providing not only water for cultivation and irrigation in abundance, but also in the hottest days of summer, welcoming areas of shade and tranquility.
Along with the fertilization of the land, with 1.5 hectares certified for organic production, a drip irrigation system was installed, necessary for the development of production.
