  11. Beautiful! I first found your videos last year when you were searching for a house and settling in Portugal. I am very curious about the relationships that were formed between strangers at your event. I wish you could do a documentary on the friendships that blossomed during your summit, if they are still keeping in touch and did any form any partnerships to start a business or work on together on projects. I am interested in social experiments and I think this must have been a good one.

  13. Now that the dollar and Euro are almost the same, I’m thinking if I should buy real estate in Portugal now (150-200k estimate)? Can you buy a property as an investment or second home in a way they don’t penalize you for not living there full time? What are visa options or what are the restrictions with residency? Thanks guys! Our thought was to buy in about 3 years when we were fully fire.. but god knows if this is a better buying opportunity..

  14. I was already retired, financially broke, with a mortgage, college loan due and still with two teenagers and a dog living at home when I found you guys over three years ago. Not much to look forward to but just watching your videos these past few years and following some of your hints helped us straighten up our situation. We visited Lisbon last year with the kids and now we plan to retire to Portugal next year when both leave to College. Thanks Ahmad and Cristina! You guys are such an inspiration !

  19. A century ago Americas best , smartest , brightest and most entrepreneurial minorities left the American South (Mississippi, Louisiana, Alabama and South Carolina) and migrated to the Northern American states to escape Racism and Jim Crow

    Given the rise of white male mass shooters , openly racist police officers , school shootings and a political party (Republikkkans) that openly defended the KKK i. Charlottesville, and who have made it a crime to teach about real American history , I would not be surprised if Americas best, smartest, most entrepreneurial and hardest working minorities leave this country altogether to escape racism and mass shootings

As a black American, a mechanical Engineer, and an Entrepreneur, I am tired of racist american police officers, tired of the poor white trailer park trash Trump loving elements of America , tired of the daily mass shootings carried out mostly by white men, tired of the openly racist Republikkkan politicians that refuse to do anything about the number of white supremacists that have flooded our nations police force , and I’m tired of a country that is openly pushing to ban teaching About slavery and Real American history in our public schools.

    I make over $200K a year yet when I drive through a nice neighborhood or stand in front of a $1M home I’m thinking about flipping I still have to worry about racist mostly white men calling the police on me

    Americas best days are most likely behind it and I wouldn’t be surprised at all if the best and brightest in this country decide to live the US and relocate to a real first world country. I’ve traveled and lived abroad, and it looks more and more likely in may take my excellence overboard
